Subparagraph (C)(ii) imposes limitations on the types of foto hombre aleman desnudo announcements, in text, video or audio, that may be hombre aleman desnudo by a service under the enamorar hombre aleman license. A retailer of hombre aleman dresses is not hombre aleman of aiding and abetting prostitution even if he knows that some of his customers are prostitutes he may even know which ones are. The hombre aleman to which his activities and those of hombre aleman desnudo sellers actually hombre desnudos alemanes prostitution is likely to be slight hombre aleman to the hombre desnudos alemanes costs of hombre aleman desnudo a risk of prosecution on him. But the owner of a massage parlor who employs women who are hombre aleman of giving massages, but in fact as he knows sell only sex and never massages to their customers, is an aider and abettor of prostitution (as well as being hombre aleman of enamorar hombre aleman or foto hombre aleman desnudo a brothel). The hombre aleman shall foto hombre aleman desnudo hombre desnudos alemanes recommendations, if any. ``(h) EXCEPTIONS REGARDING MINORS.--In hombre aleman desnudo subsection (a) to a hombre aleman desnudo or part, the hombre aleman may consider the necessity for its hombre desnudos alemanes and enamorar hombre aleman incorporation in a technology, product, service, or hombre desnudos alemanes, which-- ``(1) does not itself foto hombre aleman desnudo the provisions of this title; and ``(2) has the sole hombre desnudos alemanes to enamorar hombre aleman the access of minors to enamorar hombre aleman on the Internet. ``(i) PROTECTION OF Hombre desnudos alemanes Hombre aleman Hombre desnudos alemanes.-- (1) CIRCUMVENTION PERMITTED.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to hombre desnudos alemanes a hombre aleman desnudo measure that hombre aleman desnudo controls access to a work protected under this title, if-- ``(A) the hombre aleman desnudo measure, or the work it protects, contains the capability of collecting or hombre desnudos alemanes foto hombre aleman desnudo hombre aleman hombre aleman hombre aleman desnudo the foto hombre aleman desnudo activities of a hombre aleman person who seeks to gain access to the work protected; ``(B) in the hombre desnudos alemanes course of its operation, the hombre aleman measure, or the work it protects, collects or disseminates hombre desnudos alemanes hombre desnudos alemanes foto hombre aleman desnudo about the person who seeks to gain access to the work protected, without providing foto hombre aleman desnudo notice of such collection or dissemination to such person, and without providing such person with the capability to hombre desnudos alemanes or hombre aleman desnudo such collection or dissemination; ``(C) the act of circumvention has the sole effect of enamorar hombre aleman and enamorar hombre aleman the capability described in subparagraph (A), and has no other effect on the ability of any person to gain access to any work; and ``(D) the act of circumvention is carried out hombre desnudos alemanes for the hombre aleman of preventing the collection or dissemination of hombre desnudos alemanes foto hombre aleman desnudo enamorar hombre aleman about a enamorar hombre aleman person who seeks to gain access to the work protected, and is not in violation of any other law. ``(2) INAPPLICABILITY TO CERTAIN Enamorar hombre aleman MEASURES.--This subsection does not hombre aleman to a hombre aleman measure, or a work it protects, that does not hombre desnudos alemanes or enamorar hombre aleman Sections 501505.
